Patrick Roberts has worked in various roles with children and young people for over twenty years.  He has developed, coordinated and manged several youth clubs in inner city boroughs (Tower Hamlets, Redbridge and Hackney).  He has worked with challenging behaviours such as gang culture and has succesfullly dealt with issues around confict resolution that assisted in improving community cohesion.
