Mon:  Thai Kickboxing 6pm-7pm

Wed:  Thai Kickboxing 6pm-7pm

Fri:     Thai Kickboxing 5pm-6pm

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD WEAR

Something lightweight like a T/Shirt and tracksuit bottoms or kimono/Gi (Ju Jitsu suit) bring a bottle of water or something to keep you hydrated, and bring a change of clothes, as you will sweat a lot during activity.
