THAI KICKBOXING
Thai Kickboxing is a fast and dynamic sport that will improve balance, co-ordination, self confidence and discipline, whilst providing an excellent mind and body workout. As all training takes place under light contact conditions there is very low risk of injury, which therefore opens the sport to people of all age groups and abilities.
JU JITSU
Ju Jitsu the art that’s given worldwide exposure by the famous Gracie Ju Jitsu family. Ju Jitsu does not require superior strength, speed or prior martial arts training and is open to men and women of all ages.
Lesson begins with warm up and fundamental Ju Jitsu drills followed by technique, which will be dissected and explained in details, technique will include stand up and groundwork grappling. The last part of the lesson focus on sparring mainly on groundwork.
